Google has created a very strong brand which based on its own culture that inspires young people to work there. It looks like Google compensates to its employees their hard and meticulous work by hilarity and joy of the communication with the colleagues.
Chris Cordero, the director of the Universum
About 40 percent of respondents said that they want a stable job, and that is why many government authorities scored high ratings.
The desire of Americans for the stability will be supported by any nation in the world and we are not an exception. But the fact that Google, Apple and Facebook was accepted as the most popular employers, suggests that the desire of young professionals to work not just for high-paying jobs, but also in interesting companies with interesting people, became popular.
